It was following a trip to French Polynesia that the owners, Patricia and Jean-François, were charmed by this surf destination, but especially by the welcome from the inhabitants of these 118 islands located more than 6,000 kilometers from Australia to the west and 5,000 kilometers from Chile to the east.

Initially specialized in recreational tourism offerings and the indoor surfing activity, Maeva has evolved over the years to offer a complete range of products specific to different types of clientele and events, but always with the same vision, the same Polynesian value. , which is at the heart of its image: Maeva!

Meeting and Room Rental

THE CONFERENCE ROOM
Whether it is for a “brainstorm session” with your working group, a training session or a presentation of a new product to your customers, the rental of a conference room from Maeva will meet your needs.

With our relaxing atmosphere it helps your business to reflect, brainstorm and make decision. Our conference room can accommodate groups of up to 25 participants in school, theater, “U” or conference table format.

THE COCKTAIL AREA
Enjoy the tropical atmosphere and escape for an evening with our cocktail area that can accommodate up to 60 participants. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surfers while savoring one of our heavenly cocktails and try our bites made on site throughout your event.

The conference room, free-standing televisions, a surf Photo Booth and a cloakroom will be available to you when renting the cocktail area. You can also take advantage of the other areas of the Maeva Center, including the terrace, the bar and even the wave (fees may apply), but the cocktail area will be reserved for your group only.
